The Stretching Myth

Before discussing the issues of musculature, myofibrils and motor-neurons in detail, I would first like to touch upon another topic. There can’t be many who have never heard of it – stretching, an integral part of the fitness world. Many swear by it, but there are many studies that prove that stretching brings no lasting positive results in improving flexibility. So what’s going wrong there? Everyone knows the situation. After working out you complete your stretching exercises daily, weekly, almost all year, but after three weeks’ holiday the stiffness is back.

On top of it all, the whole stretching thing is painful and time consuming. Sure, you don’t need any equipment for stretching and it’s a whole lot better than doing nothing at all. But we’re now in the 21st Century and have other methods available! With Nazarov Stimulation®, an increase in flexibility in the order of 10 – 15% can be expected after each training session! With almost no exceptions almost everyone, irrespective of age, could regain his/her youthful flexibility in just a few sessions – painlessly and quickly. Implants would be an exception to this. They would work loose as a result of the directly applied oscillations.

After just a few treatment sessions you can take a month’s holiday without a guilty conscience without losing practically any of your flexibility. Where then, lies the difference to traditional methods of flexibility training? In terms of stretching and loss of flexibility we talk of so-called cross bridge formation – in other words, binding or sticking of the contracting protein strands. If we look at the muscle in greater detail we see that the whole of its structure is like twisted strings.

Expansion

It cannot be assumed though, that the body will self destruct as a 2 consequence of this. It is however completely clear that, during the process of metabolism, we excrete a huge number of synthesized materials from our cells. These are the same substances that collect in the cell membranes and clog the intercell spaces. Over time, millions of very fine micro-deposits cause a shortening to occur within the muscle. Perhaps a good way of visualizing this is to imagine winding a piece of string around a pencil.

The length of the string decreases. But when we pull the pencil out, the length of the string increases again. The Nazarov Stimulation achieves a similar result, with the basics of anatomy providing direction. The powerful Oscillations clean the tissue with a sustained effect and the muscles regain their flexibility through the removal of the deposits. The benefits are not just manifested in an increase in flexibility but in a boost to the metabolism as well
